Hello, My name is Annie Lo

I've always loved drawing since I was a kid, but coming from a traditional family, my mom didn't see art as a stable career. After I graduated from University of British Columbia with a bachelor degree in Life Science, I worked as a research technician for about 3 years and realized this was not the career I wanted. Wanting to make a change in my life, I remembered how much I enjoy drawing so I finally decided to take art seriously and obtained my diploma in Concept Art and Animation at Vancouver Film School in February 2018. 

While still new to the art industry, I am passionate about learning and takes critiques humbly so I can grow as an artist. 

I am currently a concept artist at Magnetar Games, a tech company that focuses on Sci-Fi themed projects.
